Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional front-of-house experience by greeting all clients and visitors with a warm and professional welcome.
- Manage a busy multi-line telephone system, efficiently directing calls and relaying accurate messages for a diverse group of corporate clients.
- Coordinate the daily operations of the professional business center, including managing meeting room calendars and ensuring boardrooms are guest-ready.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services, ensuring all packages are logged and distributed with precision.
- Support various administrative tasks as needed, including light document preparation, data entry, and digital filing.
- Ensure the lobby and common areas are consistently clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies to maintain a premium environment.
Qualifications
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a genuine passion for high-end customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm and focused in a front-desk environment.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to navigate digital booking and phone systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional etiquette.
- Previous experience in a reception, hospitality, or front-facing customer service role.
- Punctual, reliable, and looking for a permanent, long-term career in Oakville.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week
