Responsibilities
- monitoring the status of shipments
- Organize customs clearance, prepare ACE and ACI manifests
- Enter new shipments in the shipping software
- Help customers respond to various requests
- Help drivers resolve pickup and delivery issues
- Reply to customer emails
- Support the dispatching team in various tasks
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of English. Fluency in French is a major asset.
- At least one year of experience with a road haulage or freight forwarding company.
- Team spirit. Able to work well with others
- Good communicator
- At least a high school diploma
- Knowledge of the Truckmate software (an asset, we will train)
- Good attitude and willingness to learn.
