Responsibilities
• Input product information, specifications, and images into our central database.
• Handle general data entry, record-keeping, and administrative updates across departments.
• Create and check packing lists and assist with routing daily shipments.
• Organize, catalog, and maintain physical product samples in the office.
• Support team members with general office tasks as needed.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Basic computer literacy (data entry, spreadsheets, and file management).
• Reliable and punctual for daily on-site work.
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively within a team environment.
• Excellent English is required to communicate with English-speaking clients located outside Quebec on a daily basis
