Responsibilities
* Promptly respond via email to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and technical details.
* Prepare quotes, calculate profit margins, and perform rigorous follow-ups on commercial proposals.
* Enter, validate, and track customer orders in the management system (ERP/CRM).
* Collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and procurement teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
* Keep customers informed regarding their order status and delivery timelines.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B customer service, inside sales, or quote management.
* Strong proficiency with IT systems, ERP/CRM software, and database management.
* Solid command of Microsoft Excel for pricing management and margin calculation.
* Rigor, autonomy, strong organizational skills, and proven communication abilities.
* Knowledge of mechanical, automotive, or industrial parts (a strong asset).
**LINGUISTIC JUSTIFICATION (BILL 96 COMPLIANCE)**
Our client operates across Canada and internationally (notably in the United States). The company takes all reasonable measures to limit the number of positions in Quebec requiring knowledge of a language other than French, demanding it only when necessary. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written). Specifically, this position will require the employee to:
* Communicate on a daily basis with English-speaking clients and partners located outside Quebec (representing approximately 75% of the customer base).
* Support a sales team aimed at promoting and selling products to clients located outside Quebec who do not speak French.
* Interact with computer systems and technical documentation published in English.
