Responsibilities
Your responsibilities
Greet customers in the branch and respond to phone calls and emails in a professional manner.
Enter orders into the internal system and ensure they are followed up on rigorously.
Work closely with the dispatch department to coordinate deliveries.
Advise customers on technical products (comprehensive training provided).
Actively participate in the growth of customer accounts through the internal program.
Qualifications
Required qualifications
Significant experience in customer service (face-to-face interaction required).
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously (multitasking) at a fast pace.
Proficiency in Outlook and Word.
Excellent command of spoken and written French (English is a significant asset) - the parent company is located outside Quebec.
Interest in the construction or hardware industry.
