Responsibilities
Exceptional Customer Experience: Proactively answer incoming calls and emails, enter orders, and ensure accurate tracking of deliveries and customer requests.
Client Partnership: Guide clients in using web tools and parts lookup platforms to increase their independence.
Commercial Support: Present new products, arrivals, and promotions, collaborate with the sales team, and distribute promotional materials.
Market Monitoring & Digital Experience: Validate the quality of the online presence (pricing, images, product descriptions) and conduct competitor monitoring.
Operations Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse team to optimize internal communication, solve operational issues, and participate in continuous improvement projects.
Expertise Building: Deepen your technical product knowledge to become a credible resource person.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service, inside sales, or commercial support.
Knowledge of or strong interest in the automotive sector (parts, accessories, basic mechanics — major asset).
Proficiency with IT tools (Excel, web navigation, and order management software).
Strong organizational skills, autonomy, proactivity, and teamwork.
Fluent communication skills in both French and English, spoken and written.
Justification for English Language Requirement (Bill 96):
Proficiency in the English language for this Customer Service Representative position is required in order to manage regular written and verbal communications with commercial clients and team members located outside Quebec (specifically in Western Canada and Nova Scotia).
