Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls, chats, and tickets while adhering to quality standards and response times
Develop in-depth knowledge of insurance products and services to effectively assist customers
Engage in active listening to clarify information and provide suitable solutions
Accurately document customer inquiries and resolutions
Deliver exceptional and professional customer service
Maintain high performance levels in a KPI-driven environment
Ensure compliance by strictly following policies and procedures
Collaborate with the team to foster a positive work environment
Qualifications
Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) is essential
Experience in customer service or call centers within the insurance industry (minimum 3 years)
Experience in assisting policyholders, particularly in medical insurance
Excellent communication, listening, and empathy skills
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
