Advantages
- Salary: $21.42 / hour.
- Work Mode: 100% Remote (accessible across the Quebec region).
- Location: Must be local to the Quebec region.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM).
- Start Date: ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming telephone calls, chats, and tickets based on client parameters.
- Develop a deep knowledge of insurance products and services to effectively convey information to customers.
- Engage in active listening, confirming or clarifying information, and defusing sensitive situations as needed.
- Document inquiry details and actions taken to resolve issues in a clear and comprehensible manner within the CRM.
- Maintain established performance levels (KPIs) in a structured environment.
- Resolve compliance issues in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Execute helpdesk-style tasks such as document updates and password resets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of industry experience (Insurance program support, CSR, or Helpdesk roles).
- Languages: Perfectly fluent in French and English (both written and verbal), as you will be communicating with clients outside of Quebec.
- Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Specific Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and critical thinking skills.
- Education: High School Diploma required (College degree preferred).
