Responsibilities
Provide first-rate customer service by answering incoming calls and e-mails (B2B).
Rigorously process and follow up customer orders.
Advise customers by proposing complementary products or judicious alternatives.
Handle return requests, complaints and resolve problems with professionalism and efficiency.
Work closely with field representatives, other customer service staff and managers.
Actively participate in training sessions to maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of the product range.
Qualifications
Profile required:
Essential: An energetic personality, great curiosity and a positive attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong desire to invest, learn and grow within the company.
Professionalism, autonomy and a strong sense of initiative.
Technical skills:
Relevant experience in customer service (B2B or B2C).
Functional bilingualism (French and English) to serve a varied clientele.
Comfortable with technological tools (Tech-savvy).
