Responsibilities
Manage the full order cycle, from email receipt to shipping coordination.
Ensure rigorous follow-up on inventory levels and delivery timelines with warehouses.
Act as the primary point of contact to resolve non-conformities or logistical issues.
Collaborate closely with outside sales representatives and financial services.
Participate in occasional in-person client visits to deepen your technical knowledge.
Maintain an accurate database in compliance with strict industry regulations.
Qualifications
Perfectly bilingual in both oral and written communication (French and English).
Exceptional attention to detail: You understand that a product error can have a major impact.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive and "sharp" personality, endowed with an excellent sense of humor.
Previous experience in B2B customer service or administration (an asset).
