Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls and emails from clients, including kitchen designers, cabinet makers, designers, and architects.
Ensure order follow-up and processing.
Actively participate in product training to maintain up-to-date expertise.
Handle claims and returns professionally.
Collaborate with customer service team members and representatives.
Suggest complementary and alternative products to meet client needs.
Qualifications
No experience in a specific industry is required; we are looking for a personality and a desire to learn above all.
You are curious, energetic, and comfortable with technology.
You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken to communicate with English-speaking clients located outside Quebec on a regular basis
Relevant experience in customer service (B2B or B2C).
