Responsibilities
- Offer exceptional customer service by phone and email, quickly identifying customer needs and implementing effective solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
- Accurately record and process customer information using the appropriate systems.
- Work closely with other departments to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Actively contribute to the company’s success by ensuring customer satisfaction and proposing improvements to optimize services.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in French, both written and oral.
- Bilingual in English required to interact with English-speaking clients and partners in Canada and the United States.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a strong work ethic and impeccable punctuality.
- Proficient in data entry with accuracy and efficiency.
- Proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of both imperial and metric measurement systems.
- Technical knowledge of residential product design and manufacturing, including an understanding of plumbing and electrical concepts, is a plus.
