As part of the Saint-Bruno team, you will hold a strategic and highly collaborative position. Serving as a true pivot within the organization, you will bridge the gap between different departments to guarantee flawlessly smooth service. On a daily basis, you will work hand-in-hand with the sales team and the logistics department to ensure the precise entry and rigorous follow-up of the order cycle, from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Manage the full order cycle, from ERP system entry to final delivery.
Respond professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding products and lead times.
Collaborate closely with the warehouse and internal departments to resolve logistical challenges.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure rigorous follow-up on customer files.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Service Representative or Account Management role.
Perfectly bilingual (French/English) with excellent writing skills, as you will interact daily with clients and suppliers outside of Quebec who speak only English.
Proficient with ERP systems (knowledge of Navision is an asset).
Cheerful and proactive temperament with excellent priority management.
Ability to work in Saint-Bruno with a schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
