We are looking for an IT Delivery and Customer Satisfaction Manager who will be responsible for supporting our clients and delivering IT projects, while ensuring an optimal customer experience.

Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be:
· Ensure consistent communication between various company stakeholders and customers
· Understand and align support services, service level agreements (SLAs), and processes
· Develop and implement customer satisfaction and retention strategies
· Monitor and analyze customer metrics and feedback to measure satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
· Understand customer challenges and needs and find solutions to address them
· Manage customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
· Propose innovative initiatives to improve the quality of service and the customer experience
Qualifications
· Degree in Information Technology
· Minimum 5 years of experience in IT
· Experience as a customer experience/technical manager, preferably in a similar environment (IT consulting service)
· Demonstrate strong influence and leadership
· Communication, interpersonal, and mediation skills
· Fluency and fluency in English and French
