Meet with customers and provide solutions to their challenges in the building materials industry
Engage with clients to ensure top-notch customer satisfaction
Collaborate with outside sales and support their business development efforts
Conduct order entry and attend industry trade shows to represent the company
Host educational presentations and handle inquiries via phone and in person
Embody confidence and showcase expertise in presenting products and innovative ideas
Qualifications
Strong communication skills with a clear, articulate speaking style, French Is preferred
Experience in order entry or a related administrative role, industry experience an asset (construction, manufacturing and building supplies)
Ability to perform order processing, manage customer accounts, and assist with order fulfillment
Proficient in Microsoft 360 and Business Center CRM experience
Highly organized and detail-oriented
