Responsibilities
Data Management: Coordinate changes to databases, test programs, and implement necessary modifications to ensure data integrity.
Financial Reconciliation: Execute complex reconciliations and manage month-end processes, which represent the busiest period of the cycle.
Ticketing & Requests: Manage and process internal ticketing requests efficiently to meet departmental SLAs.
Reporting & Presentation: Design and assemble high-quality PowerPoint decks and Excel reports for internal management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the project team to determine project scope, estimate timelines, and implement security measures to safeguard database information.
Quality Assurance: Review project requests to ensure user needs are met and correct any system errors discovered during testing.
Qualifications
Education: Post-secondary degree in Computer Programming, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in a data-centric or financial analyst role.
Hard Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated experience with financial reconciliation and accounting principles.
Proven ability to manage high-volume ticketing systems (Nice-to-have).
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal stakeholder interaction.
Acute attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong time-management skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
