Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (37.5 hours per week).
Work Model: Hybrid (4 days onsite at Toronto).
Customer Data Access: None (Internal-facing corporate role).

Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Solution Delivery
Program Deployment: Support the Lead Learning Solutions Architect (LSA) in the rollout of massive enterprise training frameworks, including domain onboarding, leadership development, and people management curricula.
End-to-End Execution: Function as a hybrid Project Manager/LSA for low-to-medium complexity business initiatives, from drafting initial kickoff materials to managing project timelines.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and escalate threat flags to the annual plan (such as risks impacting project scope, budget tracking, or deadlines).
Data Analysis & Executive Storytelling
Metrics & Reporting: Mine and analyze complex learner metrics, program enrollment numbers, and course completion rates.
Executive Presentations: Synthesize numerical findings into crisp, clear, and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for executive consumption and quarterly Learning Business Reviews.
Learning Operations & LMS Oversight
LMS Coordination: Act as the strategic intake liaison with LMS consultants and course owners to finalize program specifications, coordinate course exemptions, and research external vendor off-the-shelf course solutions.
Stakeholder Facilitation: Manage cross-functional alignments (roughly 50–60% of the daily workflow is spent collaborating in internal meetings) with individual contributors and executive committees alike.
Qualifications
Experience: 7–10 years of overall experience within human resources, specifically embedded in the Learning & Development (L&D) or Adult Education space.
Analytical Mastery: Strong data analysis skills with a proven ability to interpret high volumes of operational tracking numbers.
Technical Suite: Advanced capability in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel mastery with pivot tables is mandatory; expert PowerPoint capability is required for executive decks).
Core Competencies: Exceptional written/verbal communication skills, flawless attention to detail, and a self-starter attitude capable of leading tasks autonomously.
Education: Completed Post-Secondary education with an emphasis on corporate learning or human resources.
Professional certifications in Adult Education, Instructional Design, or L&D.
Foundational knowledge of enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Experience utilizing Microsoft Copilot or advanced AI prompt engineering tools to automate administrative efficiencies.
