In this high-impact, fully remote consulting role, you will partner directly with business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and implement cutting-edge Generative AI, agentic solutions, and automated workflows. You will bridge advanced analytics with modern AI tooling—designing, prototyping, testing, and deploying solutions using Python, SQL, Large Language Models (LLMs), Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate. Operating in an analytics and insights capacity, you will manage end-to-end initiatives from data exploration and feasibility assessment through to user adoption, delivering actionable data insights while ensuring compliance with enterprise AI governance, privacy, and risk standards.

Responsibilities
Business Partnership & AI Opportunity Intake: Partner with business leaders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize high-impact opportunities for Generative AI, process automation, and advanced analytics.
AI & Automation Solution Prototyping: Design, prototype, test, and implement custom decision-support solutions using Python, SQL, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate.
Process & Data Feasibility Exploration: Conduct end-to-end data exploration to assess use-case feasibility, data readiness, integration requirements, risk controls, and expected ROI.
End-to-End Delivery Management: Independently manage assigned initiatives from requirements gathering, solution architecture, and testing through to technical documentation and end-user adoption.
Analytics & Actionable Insights: Provide advanced data extraction, profiling, and actionable insights to resolve complex ad-hoc and ongoing business inquiries.
Governance & Responsible AI Compliance: Partner with risk, privacy, and control teams to ensure all AI agents and automated workflows comply with enterprise data governance and security frameworks.
Qualifications
Technical Data Skills: Proven expert-level technical skills in Python and SQL for dataset manipulation, feature extraction, and analytics modeling.
Generative & Agentic AI Experience: Hands-on experience developing or implementing Generative AI, Agentic AI solutions, or Large Language Models (LLMs) to automate business workflows.
Low-Code/No-Code AI Tooling: Practical experience designing and building automated solutions with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Automate (or similar enterprise automation stacks).
Analytics & Stakeholder Management: Strong track record operating within an analytics and insights function, featuring exceptional stakeholder management and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Soft Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent time management capabilities.
Preferred Assets & Nice-to-Haves
Previous data engineering or analytics experience within a major Financial Institution (FI) or highly regulated corporate environment.
