Here are the responsibilities for this Data Analyst at this retail industry leader in Terrebonne
Analyze and monitor real estate management data for Quebec and Ontario, including cash flow control for rent payments and collections.
Ensure data integrity and quality within SAP, MS-SharePoint, and Excel during the migration from SAP R3 to S/4HANA.
Lead data conversion activities specifically for the SAP RE-FX / IFRS 16 implementation project.
Act as a Power Platform expert (Power BI, Power Query) to clean, harmonize, and manipulate complex data sets for system integration.
Collaborate closely with external architecture firms to ensure financial data alignment and technical consistency during the transition.
Standardize SAP data through rigorous validation processes across multiple real estate and financial databases.
Support the management team in producing periodic financial reports and updating departmental documentation/procedures.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in SAP environments and data analysis.
Advanced expertise in Power Platform (Power BI and Power Query) is essential for data cleaning and visualization.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (complex functions, data processing) and MS Office suite.
Essential bilingualism (advanced English and French, both oral and written) to interact with unilingual external partners.
Experience in Real Estate, Legal, or Project Management environments is considered a strong asset.
Proven ability in problem-solving and maintaining data integrity during large-scale ERP migrations.
