3. Risk, Audit & Compliance
Review SOX Compliance documentation and partner closely with internal control and audit teams to gather, validate, and implement SOX requirements.
Ensure all data management frameworks comply fully with corporate policies, data privacy acts, and external regulatory mandates.
Assist with formal project closure activities, ensuring all data-related deliverables are fully completed, validated, and signed off by business owners.
4. Migration Support & Quality Metrics
Support targeted data migration activities, providing data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation oversight specifically for the master data governance tool implementation.
Track data quality trends and leverage profiling metrics to identify systematic data gaps, contributing directly to root-cause remediation planning.
Qualifications
Core Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
Experience: 3–7 years of professional experience operating within data governance, data management, or data quality roles.
ERP Exposure: Proven experience working on or supporting large-scale SAP implementations (S/4HANA environment is highly preferred).
Domain Knowledge: Deep, fundamental understanding of master data domains (specifically Customer, Vendor, Material, or Finance data blocks).
Migration Fundamentals: Practical familiarity with enterprise data migration concepts, data cleansing routines, and validation methodologies.
Technical Skills Matrix
