Responsibilities
Consumable Management
Replace toner cartridges, waste toner containers, customer replaceable units (CRUs), and other consumables.
Monitor consumable levels across the entire printer fleet.
Ensure supply availability to prevent service interruptions.
Inventory Management & Procurement
Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies and consumables.
Perform periodic stock counts and reconcile inventory.
Analyze consumption rates and identify replenishment needs.
Prepare and submit bulk supply orders according to established procedures.
Receive shipments and ensure proper stock rotation.
Incident Management
Track incidents within management tools.
Monitor the status of service calls and user requests.
Close incident tickets once required actions are complete.
First-Level Technical Support
Clean scanner glass, surfaces, and user-accessible components.
Clear paper jams following standard procedures.
Guide and assist end-users with daily equipment operation.
Qualifications & Competencies
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong organizational abilities and high attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic understanding of office and print environments.
Comfortable working with IT tools and ticketing/incident management systems.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a technical team.
Qualifications
Knowledge of English is required for this position to communicate with clients, vendors, and team members located outside of Quebec.
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Experience in inventory management, logistics, or operations support (an asset).
Experience in a hospital environment or customer service setting (an asset).
Physical Requirements: Candidates must be in good physical condition, capable of walking for a large portion of the day, and regularly using stairs. Handling heavy loads is minimal and primarily restricted to consumables and supplies needed for equipment operations.
