Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Tracking: Own the end-to-end delivery of the Wires Modernization initiative, managing rigorous planning, keeping milestones in check, and ensuring timely delivery.
Agile Leadership: Champion Agile frameworks, ceremonies, and delivery methodologies, driving the shift away from traditional Waterfall practices to support iterative development.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between technical staff and senior executives. Comfortably translate technical progress, risks, and roadblocks into strategic updates for C-level stakeholders.
Documentation & Governance: Maintain absolute transparency across the organization by managing all project communications, executive status reports, and project documentation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with developers, QA, and Production Support teams to proactively unblock issues, mitigate risks early, and ensure seamless delivery handoffs.
Strategic Modernization: Simultaneously guide the strategic rollout of a brand-new application while managing the complex decommissioning or modernization of a large-scale legacy system.
Qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Project Management Experience: 5 to 8 years of dedicated experience acting specifically as an IT Project Manager or Delivery Manager (focused on project execution rather than people/line management).
- Communication Skills: Elite verbal and written communication skills, with a priority placed on candidates who can seamlessly collaborate with software engineers and confidently present to C-suite executives.
Desired Domain & Technical Expertise:
