Responsibilities
Develop and execute demand generation strategies focused on target accounts within the PJM region
Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, LinkedIn, events, webinars) to generate qualified pipeline
Partner closely with sales to identify and prioritize key accounts, supporting an account-based marketing (ABM) approach
Build and optimize lead nurturing programs tailored to different buyer segments and stages of the funnel
Conduct market research to understand PJM-specific customer segments, including commercial, industrial, and institutional energy users
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, continuously optimizing for lead quality and conversion
Support and coordinate industry events, trade shows, and regional initiatives to drive engagement
Manage campaign timelines and execution across multiple concurrent initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging aligns with market needs and regulatory context
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in demand generation, B2B marketing, or lead generation roles
Strong experience working on U.S. market campaigns, ideally within the PJM or similar regions
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
Proven ability to design and optimize email nurture campaigns and multi-channel digital strategies
Experience working closely with sales teams on pipeline generation and account targeting (ABM)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and report on KPIs
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Experience in energy, utilities, or highly regulated industries is a strong asset
