Act as the primary operational liaison between internal business partners and the design team.
Manage day-to-day resource allocation and project tracking to optimize team capacity.
Conduct financial tracking and maintain detailed spreadsheets to measure value propositions.
Resolve scheduling or resource conflicts swiftly to keep projects on schedule.
Collaborate extensively with internal teams, spending approximately 50% of your day in alignment and status meetings..
Qualifications
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in an operational, project coordination, or administrative support role within a fast-paced environment.
Education: Completed post-secondary education.
Core Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities with a sharp eye for detail and a proven track record of multitasking.
Domain Knowledge: A solid foundational understanding of UX design principles and project management methodologies.
Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel for data and financial tracking.
Asset Skills: Previous exposure to design research, AI tools, or design operations is a strong bonus. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Figma is highly desirable.
