Responsibilities
Support the execution of integrated workplans, tracking schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities across enterprise rollouts.
Coordinate user onboarding, licensing activation, provisioning workflows, support pathways, and training sessions.
Draft program communications, executive briefs, memos, FAQs, and leadership presentations.
Maintain project governance artifacts, including RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), decision logs, and meeting recaps.
Coordinate required security, privacy, and compliance governance gates (e.g., Privacy Impact Assessments, Threat Risk Assessments, and risk treatment tracking).
Support operational readiness by developing end-to-end process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and knowledge transfer materials.
Track adoption metrics, training completion rates, and post-deployment utilization to recommend continuous improvement steps.
Manage project document repositories, ensuring all deliverables, status reports, and dashboards remain accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications
Digital Enablement Experience: 5+ years of experience supporting or delivering complex technology rollouts or digital enablement initiatives in large organizations (Strictly Required).
Enterprise SaaS & M365 Rollouts: Proven background delivering M365 or enterprise SaaS rollouts involving technical implementation, licensing, onboarding, training, and adoption tracking (Strictly Required).
Compliance & Governance Coordination: Direct experience coordinating delivery gates across security, privacy, and compliance stakeholders (e.g., PIAs, TRAs, risk treatments) (Strictly Required).
AI Solutions Familiarity: Experience or familiarity with AI application rollouts (such as Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, GitHub Copilot, or agents) and operational prerequisites (identity, access patterns, user readiness) (Strictly Required).
Workplan & RAID Management: Hands-on experience developing project schedules, managing RAID logs, tracking dependencies, and authoring status reports using standard project management toolsets.
Communication & Change Management: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to translate technical topics into clear user guidelines, executive presentations, and change management content.
Education: Post-secondary education in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent practical experience.
