• Stakeholder Management: Uphold stakeholder relationships by ensuring design solutions address the unique business needs of a financial institution, including operational security, client confidentiality, and seamless service.
• Project Logistics & Troubleshooting: Monitor individual project timelines and quality standards while navigating technical challenges to mitigate project-level risks.
Qualifications
• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, paired with 3–5 years of experience in workplace design.
• Software Proficiency: Significant progressive experience in design execution and production, with specific proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit to produce precise design plans, detailed drawings, and technical specifications.
• Retail Financial Design Application: Ability to apply retail financial design principles to ensure spatial layouts prioritize user well-being, ergonomics, and intuitive navigation while balancing critical banking requirements (including line-of-sight security, acoustic privacy, and frictionless transaction flows).
• Human-Centric Design: Ability to integrate empathy-led design principles—such as universal accessibility, neurodiversity considerations, and wellness standards—into technical drawings.
• Conceptual Translation & Problem-Solving: Ability to transform business objectives and brand goals into physical environments while confidently evaluating options and making sound technical decisions.
• Communication & Adaptability: Proven capacity to build rapport with stakeholders, convey complex design information clearly, and embrace evolving organizational priorities.
