Responsibilities
Change Management & Rollout Coordination
Develop and execute comprehensive change management, communication, and training plans tailored for the VMS rollout.
Act as the internal OCM lead, aligning external MSP and VMS partner change management activities with internal communication and deployment strategy.
Partner closely with Procurement (Program Owners) to ensure a fully aligned rollout and continuous stakeholder engagement.
Adoption & Stakeholder Engagement
Drive stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness tracking, and user adoption metrics across the business.
Engage and communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including suppliers, in close coordination with Procurement.
Coordinate directly with MSP and VMS change leads to maintain consistent messaging and flawless execution across all groups.
Support end-to-end go-live readiness milestones and provide dedicated post-launch stabilization support.
Qualifications
Core Requirements
Experience Level: Senior-level expertise in Organizational Change Management.
Technology Implementation: Proven track record of delivering successful change management for large-scale technology implementations across multiple stakeholder groups.
VMS Familiarity: Platform-agnostic experience executing Vendor Management System (VMS) implementations.
Partner Coordination: Direct experience coordinating change activities across multiple delivery partners, such as system providers and MSPs.
Platform Articulation: Ability to articulate the specific VMS platforms and/or MSP partners you have worked with alongside your explicit role in those implementations.
Geographic Baseline: Must be currently based in Calgary.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Professional proficiency in the French language.
Previous experience supporting corporate mergers or large-scale organizational transformations.
Experience working directly alongside MSP partners or within contingent workforce programs.

This contract position is scheduled to begin on June 15, 2026, and run until February 16, 2027, operating on a 40-hour work week under a hybrid model based out of Calgary. In this role, you will serve as the internal OCM lead, aligning stakeholder readiness, user adoption, and corporate strategies across internal departments and external delivery partners.
