Responsibilities
•Design, configure, and maintain enterprise middleware platforms (WebLogic, WebSphere, Informatica)
•Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Packer
•Develop and maintain automation scripts aligned with infrastructure-as-code principles
•Perform application and instance tuning, capacity planning, and database migrations
•Lead system refresh initiatives using Azure cloud-native tools and technologies
•Support systems integration, data migration, and UAT environments
•Manage backup/restore, disaster recovery strategies, and performance optimization
•Configure clustering, load balancing, and firewall rules for high availability
•Conduct system monitoring and ensure 24/7 support readiness
•Lead knowledge transfer sessions and documentation for internal teams
•Provide post-go-live stabilization and technical support
•Prepare monthly performance reports with accomplishments and project status
Qualifications
✅ Must Have
•10+ years of experience in systems, data communications, and telecom technologies
•Hands-on expertise with RedHat Enterprise Linux V7+, UNIX Solaris V10, IMS Connect
•Advanced experience with WebLogic V12, WebSphere V9, and Informatica V10
•5+ years of experience using Azure DevOps Pipelines, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, OpenShift
•Strong working knowledge of GitOps practices and Git branching strategies
•Experience with Terraform/Ansible infrastructure-as-code automation
•Proficiency in tuning, storage, backup, DR, clustering, and load balancer setup in Azure
•Experience in J2EE, Java, Node.js, Azure Functions, Serverless, and event-driven systems
•Expertise with Informatica PowerCenter tools (Designer, Workflow Manager)

•Prior public sector experience or knowledge of Transportation Safety systems
