Responsibilities
Social and Video Production: Own and manage all social media platforms, including the end-to-end process of filming and editing both short-form and long-form video content.
Podcast Coordination: Manage all aspects of the podcast, from coordinating episodes and sourcing external guests to handling post-production editing.
Website Oversight: Regularly update and maintain the corporate website (CMS-based) to ensure content accuracy, visual consistency with brand guidelines, and optimization for SEO/GEO performance.
Content Strategy & Execution: Develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive content calendar that strategically integrates web, social, and offline marketing initiatives to achieve defined campaign objectives.
Brand Asset Management: Maintain and organize the creative asset library, ensuring all team members have reliable access to the latest approved templates and corporate logos.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of demonstrable, hands-on professional experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in B2B marketing is essential.
- A strong passion for and, preferably, prior experience within the Energy Industry.
- Must possess an online portfolio showcasing relevant work.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
- Must be a strategic, creative thinker with a strong focus on optimizing lead generation and driving measurable results.
Technical Skills:
- Expert proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut/InShot) and competence with the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Demonstrated experience with WordPress CMS platforms.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with a foundational understanding of JavaScript.
- Knowledge of print production specifications (such as bleed, CMYK vs. RGB, and high-resolution exporting) is a benefit.
- Strong analytical abilities, with proven skill in interpreting data and effectively reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Certifications or Post-Graduate Diplomas in relevant areas such as Google Analytics (GA4), HubSpot Social Media Marketing, HubSpot SEO, Google Search Ads, or Meta Blueprint Professional are desirable.
