Responsibilities
Roadmap Management: In collaboration with marketing and development teams, develop and manage the product roadmap for marketing technology (MarTech) tools and services.
Value Prioritization: Assess business value and develop business cases to prioritize stories, epics, and themes, ensuring alignment with the overarching digital strategy.
Performance Tracking: Define product KPIs and success metrics; monitor performance to identify and drive growth opportunities.
Backlog Excellence: Plan, prioritize, and refine the "Run & Optimize" product backlog, ensuring requirements are well-defined and actionable for developers.
Stakeholder Alignment: Proactively communicate backlog status and ensure transparency between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Strategic Planning: Lead functionality release plans and manage expectations for the delivery of new digital capabilities.
Market Intelligence: Maintain deep knowledge of retail and digital trends, specifically how technology enhances the customer experience from shopping to purchase.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Product Management.
Analytical Mindset: Strong capacity to summarize data and transform complex information into actionable insights.
Leadership: Autonomous and proactive with the ability to build trust with key stakeholders.
Agility: Capacity to efficiently manage several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Our Client operates across Canada, and globally/internationally in the United States and other countries. This company takes all reasonable means to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires this where it is necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfil these job duties.
