Responsibilities
As Director of Marketing and Growth, your main responsibilities will be:
Establish the long-term marketing roadmap and strategy
Align brand positioning with the organization's growth and revenue objectives
Lead the launch of innovative technology solutions integrating AI and SaaS models
Define ideal customer profiles and strategic market segments (B2B)
Deploy multi-channel campaigns focused on converting qualified leads
Focus on a culture of continuous experimentation
Oversee a high-value content strategy
Ensure the performance of the CRM ecosystem and produce actionable insights for management
Harmonize marketing and sales processes to accelerate the sales cycle and lead qualification
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Over 5 years of high-level B2B marketing experience, ideally within technology companies (SaaS, IT Services, or AI)
Experience with automation tools and market data extraction
Excellent communication and influential leadership skills
