Responsibilities
As Director of Product Innovation, your main tasks will be:

- Establish the product roadmap and long-term product strategy
- Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to advance the product
- Anticipate the needs of various customers
- Conduct technological monitoring of competitors and the market in general
- Ensure effective liaison between the product team and the various departments within the organization
- Monitor the performance of implemented product initiatives

Qualifications
- Degree in IT or equivalent experience
- Relevant experience in agile product management
- Knowledge of language technologies, including AI solutions
- Extensive experience and knowledge in the translation and content management industry
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
