Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment & Design: Develop, enhance, and implement professional skills learning paths, curriculums, and courses that bridge existing skill gaps and align with business objectives.
Tech Stack Roadmap: Plan and execute a robust learning technology roadmap (including LMS/LXP platforms) to optimize program delivery and operational scalability.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Establish measurement tools to assess program effectiveness, analyze data-driven insights, and prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports.
Stakeholder & Culture Management: Partner with cross-functional HR COEs and business leaders to foster an agile, continuous learning culture through innovative marketing and engagement strategies.
Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and mentor a matrix/project-based team of approximately 13 learning professionals, fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
Vendor & Industry Collaboration: Develop relationships with external learning partners and stay ahead of market trends by actively participating in industry forums or committees.
Qualifications
Must-Have Attributes & Skills
Experience: 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in learning, education, or talent development (experience within a global or financial services environment is highly preferred).
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Leadership Capability: Proven experience managing, mentoring, and setting priorities for teams of learning professionals.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in learning technologies, learner experience platforms (LMS/LXP), and instructional design.
Analytical Skills: Strong capability in utilizing data analytics and measurement tools to track KPIs and evaluate business outcomes.
Soft Skills: Exceptional consultative communication skills, high attention to detail, and top-tier stakeholder management capabilities.
Nice-to-Have Attributes & Skills
Professional certifications in Learning & Development, Adult Education, Organizational Development, or related fields.
Hands-on experience with innovative learning technologies, such as AI-driven learning solutions, digital learning, or immersive platforms.
Proven experience in continuous improvement and change management strategies.
