Advantages
- Monday to Friday permanent full time (Flexible hours) 7am/8am start
- Salary between 60k and 65k
- Hybrid work schedule, 2 days from home a week
- 3 weeks vacation, depending on experience
- 6 paid personal days + 1 day off on your birthday
- Full compensation package, RSP package 6% match
Responsibilities
In collaboration with shipping coordinators, production planners, inventory planning specialists, the quality department, the finished goods department and sales, The Dispatch Coordinator carries out various administrative activities related to the logistics of this sector to ensure adequate supply and inventory levels, taking into account forecasts and seasonality.
- Assign customer pick-ups to designated warehouses (appointment setting)
- Plan inter-warehouse transfers to meet customer needs
- Maintain an adequate inventory of packaging materials for production and organize cycle counts for them
- Manage weekly production orders.
- Cover for department member absences
Qualifications
- Three (3) to five (5) years in a similar position related to logistics / dispatch / distribution coordination
- Thorough knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel
- Bilingualism (French and English) to be able to communicate with our English and French sites
- Adaptability, analytical skills, versatility and ability to work under pressure;
- Team spirit and demonstrated leadership skills.
