Monitor deliveries and manage unforeseen events
Communicate effectively with drivers, customers and partners
Ensure compliance with deadlines, safety standards, and procedures
Keep dispatch systems and documentation up to date

Experience in container transport distribution minimum 2 years (LTL and TL an asset)
Excellent organizational and priority management skills
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
Good communication skills and team spirit
Bilingualism (French and English) an asset
Knowledge of dispatch software (an asset)

Responsibilities
Planifier et coordonner le transport de conteneurs
Attribuez des chauffeurs et optimisez les itinéraires et les charges
Surveiller les livraisons et gérer les événements imprévus
Communiquer efficacement avec les conducteurs, les clients et les partenaires
Assurer le respect des délais, des normes de sécurité et des procédures
Tenir à jour les systèmes d’expédition et la documentation
Fournir un excellent service client

Qualifications
Expérience dans la distribution de transport de conteneurs minimum 2 ans (LTL et TL un atout)
Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion des priorités
Capacité à travailler sous pression dans un environnement dynamique
Bonnes compétences en communication et esprit d’équipe
Bilinguisme (français et anglais) un atout
Connaissance du logiciel de répartition (un atout)

Summary
The dispatcher will be responsible for the daily coordination of container movements. He or she will ensure that routes are optimized, deadlines are met and a high level of customer service is maintained.
