• Plan, organize, and optimize routes.
• Manage the dispatch and monitoring of 30 to 35 truck drivers on your shift.
• Schedule and coordinate essential terminal appointments.
• Communicate in real time with drivers, assist them, and resolve unforeseen issues or delays.
• Ensure communication with customers and our customer service regarding deliveries.
• Contribute to operational efficiency by managing order errors and ensuring compliance with transportation procedures and regulations.

• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
