Currently seeking a highly organized and motivated Dispatch Coordinator to be the nerve center of our daily operations.
The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for the real-time coordination of moving crews, trucks, and equipment to ensure all scheduled moves are executed efficiently and punctually.

Pay ranges between 50k salary to 60k salary

Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and assign daily work schedules for all moving crews (drivers, movers, packers) based on job size, location, and crew capabilities.
- Create and optimize efficient routes and driving directions for all vehicles, considering traffic, distance, and time constraints.
- Plan and ensure all necessary resources (packing supplies, specialized equipment, etc.)
- Monitor crew locations and progress throughout the day
- Act as the primary point of contact for crews in the field troubleshooting logistical issues, traffic delays, or unexpected job complications.
- Maintain constant, professional communication with customers regarding estimated time of arrivals (ETAs) and any service changes.
Qualifications
Decision-Making: Ability to make quick, logical, and effective decisions under pressure.
- Posses proven experience in a logistics field (dispatch or coordination)
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French with intermediate English, Spanish is a plus!
- Strong geographical knowledge
- Logical, friendly, mature, reliable
