Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule freight movements
- Communicate effectively with drivers and internal teams
- Analyze transportation data to improve efficiency
- Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) such as AS400 and SyteLine
- Collaborate with Shipping/Receiving departments
- Work with 3PL providers to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
- Perfectly bilingual in English and French
- Minimum 5 years of dispatching experience in Quebec and Montreal region
- Excellent knowledge of roads and route optimization
- Experience in dispatching or logistics preferred
- Knowledge of Supply Chain operations
- Ability to type efficiently
- Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) like AS400 and SyteLine
- Strong communication skills
