Responsibilities
-Plan trips taking into account drivers' schedules, unforeseen events and the fair distribution of missions
-Track vehicles in real time, quickly adjust in case of delays, breakdowns or urgent requests
-Check customer requests and flight arrivals several times a day to adapt transportation efficiently
-Communicate clearly with drivers, clients and partners (hotels, agencies, airlines)
-Respond to calls and emails with professionalism, handle complaints and anticipate customer needs
-Enter transportation data, keep records up to date and write a detailed report at the end of the shift
-Ensure compliance with driving and rest times, and ensure the conformity of vehicles and drivers
-Use internal digital tools to plan, track, close races and ensure traceability
Qualifications
-Bilingual French and English
-Have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position : transport, logistics or call center
-Having completed training in transport logistics
-Be able to manage stress and priorities well in a dynamic context
-Being autonomous and well organized
-Know how to make decisions quickly and efficiently
-Being able to manage several tasks simultaneously.
-Communicate clearly and confidently, both orally and in writing.
-Be flexible in terms of schedule day, night, weekends
