Responsibilities
- Handle radioactive and pharmaceutical products in accordance with the current Canadian regulations
- Coordinate the deadlines for all deliveries as well as the movement of products on the dock, particularly with those in a timely manner
- Ensure that all products covered by Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are handled in accordance with those in a timely manner
- Promote compliance and maintain an excellent understanding of all relevant policies and internal procedures as well as of all regulatory requirements and external guidelines relating thereto
- Manage the distribution center inventory and submit the report in a timely manner
- Ensure proper storage conditions for all products
- Adhere to all security procedures and safe work practices
- Document work instructions as needed to maintain up to date documentation of activities
- May work overtime to achieve the objectives of the service to our customers
- Actively participate in putting the values of Lantheus into practice
- All other tasks related to the role
Qualifications
- Three (3) years of experience in warehouse operations including order management, picking, receiving, packing and transportation. Experience in a highly regulated environment (medical imaging or pharmaceutical industry) is an important asset
- Strong communication skills both verbally
- Experience in an autonomous position (has already worked under minimal supervision)
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Experience working with various stakeholders including : internal and external customers, various partners withing the supply chain, as well as suppliers and carriers
- Knowledge of GMP an asset
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Outlook and Excel)
- Basic abilities using an ERP system
- Ability to lift loads up to 23 kg (50lbs)
