Our partner, a leader in the manufacturing industry for over 10 years, is looking for its next data entry clerk to support the finance department for their head office located in Ville Saint Laurent.

Responsibilities
The document verification and data entry clerk is responsible for entering coded data, financial statistical information and other information into computerized databases:
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of billing-related documents (invoices, adjustments, etc.)
- Prepare regular reports to support key steps in period-end processes
- Act as the main point of contact for billing matters during audits or cross-functional projects
- Compile and analyze finished goods inventory data on a quarterly basis
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement concrete solutions to optimize billing operations
Qualifications
- Rigor, concern for excellence and attention to detail
- Be able to handle high volume data entry
- Experience in data entry
- Experience in accounting considered an asset
