Responsibilities
Design & Layout: Create, edit, and format official documents, major corporate reports, presentations, and informational materials.
Graphic Design: Ensure visual consistency, apply brand guidelines, and optimize document aesthetics (font selection, alignment, spacing management).
Content Processing: Structure complex documents and seamlessly integrate charts, graphs, images, or logos in a professional and fluid manner.
Quality Control: Rigorously review formatting and visual aspects prior to the publication or delivery of final materials.
Qualifications
Bilingualism Essential: Excellent command of both French and English (written and spoken) to design and review documents in both languages. (and for communications with colleagues based outside of canada)
Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in page layout and word processing tools (MS Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or desktop publishing tools is a strong asset).
Organizational Skills: Ability to handle large-scale or highly important documents while maintaining strict quality standards.
Profile Sought: Strong attention to detail, creativity, autonomy, and rigorous work ethics
