Responsibilities
Information Control: Classify, index, and archive physical and digital documents according to established standards and structures.
Document Lifecycle: Ensure the preservation, security, and accessibility of major records while managing retention and destruction schedules.
Digitization: Handle the digital scanning and processing of official documents to maintain database integrity.
2. Design, Editing & Layout:
Design & Layout: Create, edit, and format large-scale reports, corporate presentations, and informational manuals.
Visual Consistency: Rigorously apply company brand guidelines (font selection, alignment, spacing management) to optimize the aesthetic appeal of final deliverables.
Content Integration: Structure complex documents by seamlessly embedding charts, graphs, images, or logos.
Qualifications
Bilingualism Essential: Excellent command of both French and English (written and spoken). This is required for daily collaboration and communication outside of Canada with international colleagues and clients, as well as for reviewing global documents.
Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in the MS Office Suite (particularly Word and PowerPoint). Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Acrobat Pro) or an Electronic Document Management (EDM) system is a strong asset.
Profile Sought: Scientific rigor for archiving, creativity for page layout, extreme attention to detail, and a high respect for confidentiality.
