The project sites are predominantly located in the Niagara region and Hamilton, extending up to Burlington. The preference is to hire a PM locally due to the necessity of hands-on site presence.

Responsibilities
- Manage the entire lifecycle of the project, ranging from pre-construction to close-out
- Manage project activities throughout the lifecycle, including allocation of adequate
resources, work breakdown structure, milestones and deliverables
- Track all project costs to ensure the projects target budget is met or exceeded
- Ensure projects are finished on-time and to the Client’s satisfaction
- Create and manage relationship with Clients, Consultants and Trades
- Deficiencies to be resolved in a timely manner
- Key takeaways or lessons learned are discussed, documented, and improved on.
- Attending and proactively participating in OAC meetings and associated conflict
resolution
- Update the construction schedule and report weekly
- Track project performance using appropriate KPIs and report weekly
- Develop or oversee the development of all project requisitions and works with Purchasing
to obtain all material in accordance with project schedules
- Organize or oversee the tools and equipment for the project
Qualifications
- Full cycle project experience
- 5 to 8 yrs of project management experience
- Good knowledge in the Electrical Field
- Knowledge of software like Microsoft and Blue Beam
