1- Daily and weekly system performance monitoring and reporting of all the existing installed ELDS
a. Early identification system performance issues that may lead to a false alarm.
b. Collect information on alarm count, system uptime, and any issues that are outstanding or resolved from PI, PI Vision, Field HMIs, Hifi HDS and ELIS UI.
c. Prepare performance report of all the existing installed ELDS and distribute the reports to LD Management and Facilities & HCA LD team
2- ELDS troubleshooting (as needed)
a. Troubleshoot ELDS alarms, identify leading issues with the ELDS and propose solutions to rectify the issues.
b. Work with Field Operations, Controls/Network team, ELDS vendors, and Facilities & HCA LD team to finalize and implement solutions for identified ELDS issues.
c. Track and record the issues and resolutions in JIRA.
d. Perform re-calibration of ELDS when needed.
3-Spare record maintenance
a. Maintain sensor/equipment spare inventory count and stored location for each installation
b. Order spares as needed, and track the delivery through working with vendors, Field Operations and Facilities and HCA LD team.
4- Annual ELDS performance testing support
a. Work with department staff to ensure ELD systems are included and compliant with Enbridge documentation.
b. Coordinate and work directly with Field Operations to ensure ELDS testing is completed effectively and timely.
c. Collect required data from testing and report the outcome (pass/fail with any details needed) to appropriate parties, including the Facilities & HCA LD team and the LD Testing team.
d. Ensure annual testing reports are properly recorded and stored in Maximo/JIRA
