Our Fed Gov client is seeking an ERP Technical Analyst for a fully remote contract through September 2027 to drive core modernizations within its Unit4 ERP system. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager of Digital Data Solutions, you will tackle a backlog of report automations, lead the user migration from Unit4 Desktop to Web, integrate AI efficiencies into custom code lifecycles, and provide system administration and technical support across the organization.

Responsibilities
- System Support & Administration: Provide front-end and technical Unit4 ERP support, user administration, troubleshooting, testing, and vendor coordination.
- Development & AI Integration: Lead the full lifecycle of custom code and report development, from design through deployment - leveraging AI tools where applicable to drive efficiencies. - Environment Migration: Assist in transitioning users from Unit4 Desktop to Web environments.
- Automation & Change Backlog: Develop technical solutions, configurations, and scripts to clear backlogs for automation and custom report requests.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain technical documentation, process records, and knowledge repositories while adhering to security standards and formal Request for Change (RFC) workflows.
Qualifications
- Valid Secret Level Security Clearance (federal)
- Extensive technical experience with Unit4 ERP administration, configuration, and custom reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience supporting desktop-to-web application conversions.
- Ability to identify and utilize modern AI tools to streamline technical workflows.
- Strong track record of drafting comprehensive technical design and deployment documentation.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements under Canada's Official Languages Act.
