Responsibilities
- Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (manage calendars, book
travel, prepare travel-related expenses and schedule facilities and equipment) for
Managing Directors and travel scheduling assistance for the senior Executive Directors within their teams.
- Help coordinate events for the office for the Architecture and Modernization team
- Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations and help define new operational strategies.
- Mentor new team members.
- Serve as a lead for, and manager of, small projects
Qualifications
Must have
People skills (comms)
Booking travel experience
Expenses (concur)
Office, outlook, concur, Microsoft office suite, excel big plus
Willingness to learn
