As the Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Operations, you will be responsible for the administrative optimization of their department.

Responsibilities
Agenda and Travel Management: Organize and manage the Vice President's schedule, meetings, and travel based on priority.
Document Preparation: Prepare necessary documents for the Board of Directors, management committee, and other committees.
Communication and Writing: Draft documents, memos, and presentations for various audiences.
Project Coordination: Support special projects by gathering information and preparing required documentation.
Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks, including expense reports, vacation management, and other paraprofessional activities for the Vice President.
Process Optimization: Provide expertise to improve administrative processes and increase efficiency.
Collaboration: Act as a key resource for management and work with other executive assistants to ensure work continuity (e.g., during vacations, periods of high workload).
Qualifications
Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role.
Bilingualism (French and English), both spoken and written (testing will be conducted).
Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint).
Personal Skills:
Strong focus on service quality.
Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
Exceptional time and priority management.
Autonomy, initiative, and professionalism.
Resourcefulness and a great sense of self-reliance.
Self-control.
