- Competitive salary (depending on experience)
- Eligibility for a 10% annual bonus (5% based on personal performance and 5% based on overall performance)
- 3 weeks of vacation (4 weeks for 5 years or more of experience)

- Group Insurance: Comprehensive Insurance - Effective from the date of hire, coverage is provided by the company's group insurance plan (life insurance, dental, medical and paramedical care, travel insurance, short-term and long-term disability, employee assistance program, telemedicine). The employee pays 25% of the premiums and the company pays the remaining 75%.
- Health Spending Account (HSA): If you are covered by our health insurance, you will be entitled to $700 per year in the HSA. (The amount increases to $800 per year if you choose to be exempt from health and dental insurance.)
- Pension Fund: Effective from the date of hire, you will be eligible to participate in the defined contribution pension plan. The company contributes 2% of your base salary, and the employee can contribute up to 6% of their base salary. The company will also match 25% of the employee's contribution.
- Employee Wellness Account: $500 per year
Responsibilities
Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Global Chief Financial Officer and his/her leadership team;
Filter, draft, and coordinate incoming and outgoing communications and act as the primary point of contact with the Global Chief Financial Officer;
Serve as a trusted support resource and coordinate all activities necessary to meet ongoing priorities, including agenda management;
Coordinate meetings, draft reports, and maintain agendas and priorities;
Create visually appealing presentations with an artistic flair using PowerPoint;
Coordinate business travel for the leadership team, as needed;
Contribute to the efficient completion of deliverables by coordinating all logistics and proposing innovative ways to use administrative support technologies (SharePoint, Share Drive, collaboration tools, etc.);
Approve all department invoices;
Liaise with internal stakeholders, such as IT and HR, regarding personnel matters – e.g., the onboarding and integration of new talent;
Perform any other tasks related to the nature of your duties.
Qualifications
Post-secondary education in administrative studies, office administration, or any other relevant discipline;
Experience in a similar executive assistant position;
Networking skills and a strong sense of tact and diplomacy, combined with quality service delivery;
High degree of autonomy, strong initiative, and developed versatility;
Strong sense of responsibility and pride in a job well done;
Excellent ability to understand issues and resolve problems, as well as a high degree of adaptability;
Strong business acumen and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment;
Excellent communication skills, rigorous professional discipline, and proven diplomatic skills;
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, as well as a strong ability to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions;
Proficiency in the Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and administrative support technology tools;
Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
