Our partner, a company dedicated to their employees and continuous learning, is in search of their next Executive Assistant to join their team.
Advantages
-Permanent, full time position at 40 hours per week (7:30am-3pm), 100% in office
-Summer schedule, finishing work at 1pm on Fridays
-Free parking! (and close to a metro station)
-4 weeks vacation
-Insurance covered by employer at 50%, as of day 1

Responsibilities
-Calendar management, and coordination of meetings and travel
-Organize internal and external meetings and ensure all necessary arrangements are made
-Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
-Draft, review, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations
-Proactively follow up on business development files
-Assisting project management team and any necessary follow ups
-Drafting and following up on correspondence
-Drafting and formatting documents
Qualifications
-Strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines
-Proactivity and initiative
-Adaptability to changing priorities
-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clear and professional documents
-French fluency and professional level of English
-Ability to interact professionally and courteously with people at all levels of the organization
-Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
-Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
